November 17th's meeting with feature local Realtor, Brian Ross, who works for Landro Fox Cities Realty. Brian has worked first hand with reo listings and government homes offering a unique perspective into local market trends and changes to the housing industry.
Why is it a good time to buy a rental property? How do I find the best deals in town with all these new Foreclosures? What's being forecasted for national home sales and how does that impact our area? What's the value in an Investor/Realtor relationship?
Several of our members have already successfully worked with Brian in purchasing investment homes and he will share the best practices that were used towards maximizing the investments.
