6. For our October meeting we are pleased to announce that Dave Gerlach will be coming up from Kenosha to talk about mobile homes, seller financing of mobile homes, and so much more! Dave, over the last four years, has purchased 6 mobile home parks and is more than happy to speak to your group on how to analyze, purchase and improve the value of mobile home parks and how we can profit from purchasing these parks. This should be a great meeting and we encourage all of you to attend. We have purchased many mobile homes over the years and they were cash cows for us and they required very little money. Come to this meeting and lets find out what is making Dave successful in the mobile home business!
