6. Dan Dringoli from Puroclean will be on hand to discuss the ins and outs of mold. As investors sometimes we are unsure about mold and how to treat it, how bad is "bad", what can be done to get rid of mold without spending a ton of money, etc. etc. With the latest tools and accessories in the mold industry Dan will not only show us what his company uses in the field to remediate mold but is really looking forward to hearing all your questions. If your not clear on how to handle mold and the ins and outs of this nasty stuff then this is a can't miss meeting! We hope to see you all there!

6.John Hyre is coming in from Ohio. John is a accountant, lawyer, and a real estate investor all rolled into one! He knows the IRS probably better than it knows itself and he will be discussing as many topics as possible during his presentation. Trust me when I tell you that this will not be a boring meeting folks. John brings high energy to his presentations and loves member participation so it should be a dandy of a meeting! Some of the topics he will hit on will be dealer status, asset protection, what entities you should have and not have, and much more. Its a shame that he only has 2 hours to speak.......BUT!!!!

John has decided to stay for a Saturday Workshop on March 20th. The cost is $99.00 and there is limited seating (his request) so for those that do sign up it will be well worth the 99 bucks. If you want to sign up for this workshop please let us know so we can put you on the list of attendees. Payments must be made in full at next month's meeting (the 18th) when John is here speaking. No refunds will be made so make sure you are committed when paying!!
