   Happy New Year to everyone! We hope you had a great holiday season and ready to start your real estate investing for 2010 off on the right foot. We are starting the year off on the right foot with all of you BUT...... we need your help to make January's event a special night for all of you. The common theme that we keep hearing is that many folks in our Group are looking for private money to fund our deals. Well..........Our guest speaker for Jan. is Maria Triantos from Security Trust Company out of Illinois and she is going to tell us how we can go get that private money!

   She will be discussing how you can invest in real estate using your 401K and how to educate possible private money lenders on how simple this process really is. If you know anyone who has a 401K and wants a better return on their money secured by real estate we highly suggest you bring them to our Jan. meeting. This could be a super way to find yourself ALOT of private money. I know private money works and I know its happening already cause 2 of our students have set their IRA's up and are lending private money and to be honest........Jen and I are quite jealous of their returns :-) We all talk about getting private money. Well.............lets go get some! Bring them to the meeting on Jan. so they can learn how to invest their money and how you can get their money to fund your deals.

6. Dan Dringoli from Puroclean will be on hand to discuss the ins and outs of mold. As investors sometimes we are unsure about mold and how to treat it, how bad is "bad", what can be done to get rid of mold without spending a ton of money, etc. etc. With the latest tools and accessories in the mold industry Dan will not only show us what his company uses in the field to remediate mold but is really looking forward to hearing all your questions. If your not clear on how to handle mold and the ins and outs of this nasty stuff then this is a can't miss meeting! We hope to see you all there!
