6. Mike Cox from GSF Mortgage will be on hand to discuss the world of financing. With many changes in the financing industry Mike will be discussing investor financing, owner occupant financing, the affects of the tax credit, recent PMI changes, and much more. Mike is hoping that you all come with as many questions as possible to make this a great meeting. Financing is a huge part of buying and selling properties so this should be a super meeting!
