   Rick DeMario from M&I Bank will be our guest speaker for the month of November. With all the talk about the markets, lending practices, and how investors and owner occupants can find loans, Rick has accepted our invitation to talk about these concerns. With over 8 years of lending experience Rick will also be discussing what lenders are looking for, has investor financing dried up?, what owner occupants can expect for rates, terms, conditions, what underwriting looks for in a loan, and many other things. Your participation will be crucial to making this meeting the best it can be so please come armed with your questions so Rick can provide you the straight scoop. 5. There will be no meeting for the month of December as we all celebrate the holiday season and spend time with our families. With holidays that are upon us we want to wish everyone a great holiday season and to be safe during your travels. Our normal monthly meeting will resume in January and we will hit the New Year in full stride!
