6. "Open Mic Meeting" For our guest speaker this month we invite.........YOU! When the Fox Valley Real Estate Group formed 2 years ago it was all about getting together with like minded folks to exchange thoughts and ideas about investing in real estate. For June's meeting were having an "open mic" meeting. We will be going around the room and talking about whatever subject it is that you want to discuss. Ask questions about short sales, wholesaling, rehabbing, lease-options, etc. and let the other members and guests give you their respective thoughts and opinions of what is working right here in The Fox Valley. This will be a super way to share ideas that work and don't work, get different opinions, and see who is doing what kinda real estate investing. Think of it as a huge networking/brainstorming meeting. We want to give this format a chance to see how it goes with all of you. We look forward to a super meeting!
