6. "Rental Properties 101" We will be having a panel of landlords who have offered to discuss their business, the rental market, screening tenants, tenant laws, and a host of other things. We have many landlords in our Group and we have not had a guest speaker talk specifically about land lording. This should be a super meeting for us to ask them our questions and get the straight scoop on what they are doing right here in the Valley for their rental businesses. Be armed with your questions and let's grill em'!
