   Steve Cook will be visiting us from Baraboo, WI. Steve just recently moved to Wisconsin from Baltimore, Maryland. Steve Cook has been investing in real estate for over 10 years and is the real deal. With over 450 transactions, loaning hard money, wholesaling, rehabbing, mentoring new investors, doing business in bad and good markets, Steve has seen it all. Now.....all that experience comes to Appleton where Steve will be on hand to talk about wholesaling and rehabbing. He has made it clear that he wants all of us to come armed with questions so we can maximize his visit. Jen and I are extremely excited for his visit.
