Alex Kowalski from Alta Exchange Group will be coming to our August meeting to discuss buying and selling commercial properties. Alex and his wife are very active in the commercial side of real estate. He will be discussing cap rates, financing, leases, property management, etc. and will share with us some deals that he has completed. This should be a great meeting and Alex is expecting LOTS of participation from our members and guests so we can get the most of this meeting.
