6. Grill your own investor! Its time for our yearly meeting where we bring 4 investors
   to the front of the room and grill them with our questions! These investors are
   local to the Fox Valley area and are doing deals on a regular basis. They are knowledgable
   in short sales, wholesaling, rehabbing, landlording, etc. and are willing to share
   what is working for them and what may work for you. This is always a very popular
   meeting so make sure you don't miss this one!
