Membership Options
When Jenni and I began our investing career we were told to join a local REIG (real estate investing group) so could start networking with others in the real estate business. There was not a local group here in town so we struggled in trying to find out how all of this real estate stuff really worked. We didn't have anybody to turn to so we just started to network with as many people as possible. It was kinda like beating your head against the wall. It hurt and it didn't get us very far but we continued to press on.So why join? Well first off we don't want you to have the headaches we had. So we started this group to help others who are new investors, seasoned investors, and anyone that is in the real estate circles. So here is what we try and bring to each meeting for our members and guests......
- Education- We strive to bring great speakers (local and national) each month to help you grow your business.
- Q & A. This is a great place to ask questions and find out answers from folks who are in the real estate business.
- Networking. This is priceless. Not only do we have investors in our group but we also have lawyers, mortgage brokers, realtors, inspectors, etc. that are members who are there every month. This is a super way to start building your team for your future success.
- And lastly.......our dues are very reasonable compared to other local groups, clubs, chapters, etc. For $85.00 a year this is a inexpensive way to help avoid costly mistakes, create great contacts, and learn from others.
